Nikki Dell’Ara has practiced law in Del Mar since 1999. Her practice focuses on corporate and business transactional law and business development for small companies. She has served on the Advisory Board of the Corporate and Business Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association, and has previously served as Chair and Chair-Elect for that Section. She is an active participant in local community groups and has served in leadership roles for Women’s Global Network, Professional Women in Partnership and WomenCEO Network. She has served as Legal Counsel and an Advisory Board Member to the International Association of Skateboard Companies and Criminal Class Press Publications. Her prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of a rehabilitation center, and heading up the editorial department of an online financial information company.
